Rooms

2 large double bedrooms with built in wardrobes (master with mirrored dressing table), a spacious fully equipped kitchen/diner, family bathroom, downstairs toilet and cosy lounge with direct views onto the sea front. Outside there is a fully decked patio area to the rear.

Amenities

Wifi throughout. The lounge and bedrooms all have smart televisions, the lounge also benefits from a modern, remote controlled electric fireplace. The kitchen features double Neff ovens, island hob, plenty of storage and work spaces, Neff dishwasher, AEG washing machine and high quality small appliances throughout. Of course, within a few minutes, you can find a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants should you prefer. The large sandy beach is literally opposite the house. There are two dedicated parking spaces. It is just a 10 minute drive to both Llandudno and Conwy and the magnificent castle and marina. Snowdonia National Park is just 30 minutes drive and Chester can be reached in under an hour.

Little extras

The property has everything you would normally expect to have, you can simply turn up with nothing but your suitcases and a few beach towels and be ready to relax. In addition to the usual kitchen and bathroom essentials the following are provided for your pleasure: Nespresso machine, cot for a new born and infants up to 15kg, hairdryers, complementary welcome pack of local and essential items and toiletries...... to name a few. 

Pets

Sorry, but we do not accept pets but will gladly accept any form of assistance dog.

Check In/Check Out

Check in is at 1600 hours and check out is at 1000 hours prompt, we have had to add a little more time to ensure we can thoroughly clean and sanitise where appropriate due to Covid 19. We will do our best to accommodate any requests for flexibility in this but is dependent on our cleaning company and subsequent bookings and cannot be guaranteed unless done so at time of booking. A smart lock operates entry, hence you will need a smart phone to obtain the key code which will be sent to you. Let us know if you need other access options which can be organised with a little notice. Don't worry, we have a back up plan if technology lets us down!

Safety and Security - Electrical and Gas safety certificates are always kept up to date. The property has smoke detectors and carbon dioxide monitors and the walkways to the property are illuminated at night. Your access code is unique to you for the period of your stay, only the owner and cleaning company have general access if required.

Accessibility - the property is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly, with steps up and down into the entrance area at the back of the property via a narrow passageway. Bathroom is on the first floor accessed only by stairs. Both access and any emergency exit for those with mobility issues is therefore compromised.
